Can I change plans at any time ?
Yes, you can move from your Free plan or your Trial plan to a paid one without reinstalling your existing installation. Also you can upgrade or downgrade your leased license seamlessly and instantly at any point of time without a reinstallation.
Yes, it is possible to install Ezeelogin jump host solution server in Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Bluemix or any other cloud.
Do i need to install an agent on every server that has to be managed?
No, you do not have to install an agent on every server. You will have to install the jump server solution on one of your Linux instance/server that you plan to use as your ssh jump server.
Can i install the jump server software on a Windows server?
No, you cannot install Ezeelogin Jump server software on a Windows box. You can install only on a Linux server / instance.
What are the OS where the Jump server software can be installed?

Can the solution be installed on a LAN ( ON PREMISE ) with NO Internet connectivity?
Yes, you can install Ezeelogin Jump server solution in a LAN that has no access to the outside world. You would require a standalone license or a On Premise license. Contact support@ezeelogin.com for more details.
Can the Jump server software record SSH sessions of employees on Linux servers?
Yes, you can record ssh sessions of users accessing Linux boxes via the Ezeelogin Jump box.

Can the SSH Jump server solution be installed ON PREMISE?
Yes, the ssh gateway software can be installed ON PREMISE, with no internet connectivity. You would need to go for the the standalone license instead of the internet based license.

Does the jump server solution support routers & switch ?
Yes, Ezeelogin SSH Jump server software supports most routers & switch device ( Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Asus, Netgear ) as long as they have SSH Support.
For how long is an Ezeelogin version released supported?
All Ezeelogin versions are supported for 12 months from the date of release. Do refer the change log for the release dates and changes.
Is there a difference between the product offered in the professional plan and the enterprise plan?
No, the software provided is one and the same in both plans. Only the support levels and the period of contract differs. Also, a standalone license is offered in the enterprise plan alone.
